Non Wipe Satin Matte-Rs Top Coat is a brand new top. In addition to the extraordinary Matte look, it also adds a satin / velvet feel and brightens even the lighter toned colors.

• Is applied after the application of your favorite GEL.IT.UP by GIUP® Color.
• Apply evenly and sparsely ensuring that you the free edges are sealed and is not in contact with the cuticles. 
• Cure for 3 minutes in 36W UV Lamp or 1-1.5 minutes in 24W+ Led Lamp.

After curing, allow for at least one minute to cool before applying your favorite Hand Cream by GIUP® or Cuticle Oil by GIUP®.
